Admissions Announcement – Global Pride International School
Global Pride International School is pleased to announce the commencement of admissions for the upcoming academic session. To ensure easy access to all relevant information, the dates for the issue and submission of application forms will be prominently displayed on the notice boards at all our campuses. In addition, all the admission-related details will be uploaded to the school’s official website for the convenience of parents and prospective students.
Application Form Availability
Application forms for admission will be available only at the school office of the respective campuses. Parents or guardians wishing to apply must visit the office during the specified working hours to collect the forms. The application forms can only be issued for the classes where seats are available and upon payment of the prescribed application fee.
- Timings for Form Distribution: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Admission Policy & Procedure
- Application Form Submission:
Completed application forms must be submitted along with all the required documents and the prescribed registration fee by the deadline mentioned by the school. Kindly ensure that the application form is filled out in full and signed, and all necessary enclosures are attached. - Registration Fee:
The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other purposes. Please note that submitting an application form and paying the registration fee does not guarantee admission. - Admission Procedure:
The admission process involves submitting the completed application form, fulfilling the age criteria, and providing all required documents. Parents will be notified of the admission status, and the final admission confirmation will be sent to the registered email addresses. Additionally, the last date for payment of school fees will be communicated at this stage.
Age Criteria for Admission
The following age requirements are applicable for the respective classes. The age of the child will be considered as of March 31st of the year in which admission is sought:
- LKG: 3 years and above
- UKG: 4 years and above
- Class I: 5 years and above
Documents Required for Admission
To complete the admission process, the following documents must be submitted along with the completed application form:
- Completed Application Form – Filled in all details and signed by both parents.
- Passport Size Photographs – Photographs of the student and both parents, to be pasted in the form.
- Birth Certificate – A copy of the student’s birth certificate issued by the Panchayat or Municipal Corporation. (Original certificate will be verified and returned.)
- Sibling Admission (if applicable) – If the child has siblings currently enrolled at the school, a Xerox copy of the sibling’s school ID card should be enclosed.
- Guardian Certificate – If the child is under the care of a guardian, the guardian’s certificate is required.
- Caste/Physically Challenged Certificate – If applicable, a copy of the caste certificate (SC/BC/ST/PC) must be provided.
- Proof of Residence – A copy of a recent utility bill (e.g., telephone bill, electricity bill) or passport as proof of residence.
- Aadhar Card – A copy of the student’s Aadhar card, along with the Aadhar cards of both parents.
- Blood Group Report – A recent blood group report for the student.
Important Notes
- The admission process will be conducted strictly based on the documents submitted and the child’s eligibility as per the age criteria.
- Intimation of admission will be sent to parents through email or SMS. The final confirmation of admission will include details about the fee payment schedule and the last date for payment.
- Please ensure all documents are submitted accurately and within the stipulated time frame to avoid any delays in the admission process.
Admission Fee Structure
Parents are requested to contact the respective school offices to inquire about the specific fee structure for the class into which they wish to admit their child. The detailed fee structure will be available in the school office, and it will also be provided to parents upon admission confirmation.
