Dear Parents,

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakathu.

We sincerely thank you for choosing Global Pride International School to shape your child’s character and personality. We welcome you and your child into the Global Pride International School family and look forward to working together for their success. Please read the following rules and guidelines carefully, and ensure your complete adherence to them:

1. Fees Policy
   • Once paid, the school fees are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances after admission.
   • Fees are subject to change with or without prior notice.
2. Documents Required
   • Original School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate/Record Sheet.
   • Certified photocopy of the marks sheet from the previous exam.
   • Original Birth Certificate for students from Pre-KG to Grade 2.
   • 4 passport-size photographs of the student, 1 photograph of the visitor, and relationship details.
3. School Premises and Health
   • Students will not be allowed to leave the school premises during working hours except in emergency cases with prior permission from the Principal/Director.
   • Parents should inform the Director/Principal about any major health issues affecting their child.
   • Any misconduct or misbehavior by students may result in termination from the school, with or without prior intimation to the parents.
   • No valuable items or cash are allowed in the school premises.
4. Leave and Absence
   • Students will only be granted leave with prior application and proper reasoning from the parent/guardian.
   • Parents should inform the school of any unavoidable absences in advance, and it must be recorded in the student’s calendar, signed by the parent.
   • Absence on the first day after vacations is discouraged, and if unavoidable, must be approved by the school management.
   • Students suffering from contagious diseases like conjunctivitis, chickenpox, mumps, or Swine Flu should not be sent to school until they are declared “fit to attend” by a doctor.
5. Parent-Teacher Meetings
   • Parent’s meetings will be held as required to discuss the child’s progress. Attendance at these meetings is compulsory for parents. Date and details will be communicated via circular and SMS.
6. School Fee Payment
   • School fees must be paid on time as instructed by the school at the time of admission. Failure to do so will result in the student not being allowed to attend school.
   • Upon payment, the fee card provided should be filled by the accountant.
7. Student Pick-up and Uniform
   • Students from Nursery to Grade 2 will only be handed over to the person holding the official pickup card.
   • Parents should ensure that students are picked up within 20 minutes of the school’s closing time.
   • Students must come to school in full uniform every day, except Fridays.
   • Students’ hair should be kept short (for boys), with weekly inspections every Monday.
8. Daily Responsibilities
   • Parents should check the school diary every day and ensure the student completes their homework, signing the diary in the designated section.
   • The school encourages parents to maintain a healthy, educational environment at home, limiting TV time to one hour per day.
   • Parents should provide nutritious lunches for their children, avoiding processed foods like chips, wafers, or fried snacks.
9. General Compliance
   • It is compulsory for students and parents to comply with all school rules and regulations, which may be amended from time to time.
