Uniform Policy

Uniform Policy

At Global Pride International School, we believe that the school uniform is not just about clothing; it plays a vital role in promoting a sense of self-respect, ownership, and identity among our students. The uniform fosters a sense of pride, unity, and equality, creating an environment where students feel valued and part of the school community.

Benefits of the School Uniform

  • Cultural Pride: The uniform enables students to wear cultural clothing inspired by the time of Rasulullah (SAW), fostering pride in their heritage, especially in a diverse, western society.
  • Equality and Unity: Wearing the same uniform helps students feel equal, regardless of their nationality, color, or background.
  • School Identity: It allows students to feel proud of their affiliation with the school, promoting a strong sense of belonging.
  • Prevention of Social Pressure: The uniform eliminates the need for expensive or fashionable clothing, preventing any loss of self-esteem that could arise from differences in economic status.

Jewelry Policy

For health and safety reasons, students are not permitted to wear jewelry in school. This rule applies to all students without exception.

Haircut Guidelines

We expect students to maintain haircuts that are in line with Islamic values and do not cause a distraction. Hair should be cut to one uniform length, avoiding any extreme styles.

Role of Teachers

Teachers are expected to support and enforce the school’s uniform policy by ensuring that all students adhere to the dress code.

Role of Parents

We kindly request all parents to support the school uniform policy by ensuring their child has the correct uniform. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that the uniform is clean, in good condition, and appropriately worn at all times.

Together, we can maintain an environment where all students feel proud, respected, and part of a united community.
